With the addition of a close reason it would be nice to have it also show up in the ticket log message, as well as a link to the ticket thread so you can jump to it easily. The close reason would obviously be only after the ticket was closed, but the thread link could already exist before.
Currently, it looks like this:
I think these two small additions would be a nice quality-of-life addition.
