We experienced an unexpected outage on derek3-ubuntu2 today at 2:01 PM ET. The root cause is still under investigation, but all machines are now operational.

EDIT 2:49PM ET:
We found the problem. It was due to the baremetal host running out of memory. The kvm process for derek3-ubuntu2 got killed. We will adjust memory allocation accordingly.
