MacPorts grib_api 1.13.1 breaks Comps

After a routine port selfupdate & port upgrade installed, the following error occurs on Dave & Maggie's workstations when running Comps:

dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libgrib_api.0.dylib
Referenced from: /Volumes/Users/dsiuta/comps/./comps.exe
Reason: image not found

The change from 1.13.0_1 to 1.13.1_0 (rev 137865) of the grib_api port is what causes the problem:
