Description
- Move Burn-p3 to the other side of BurnP3+ to denote that it is no longer a priority tool.
- Add label within Burn-P3 and to the header of "Legacy"
- Upfront link to the BurnP3+ website on the overview page and documentation pages of Burn-P3
