Feature request: Ability to sort a Dataset by column

Hi team,

This might not be a very common use case, but if you are looking for ideas 😄 : it could be useful to be able to sort a Dataset by one of its columns.

In Mathematica, for example, you can right-click on a column header to sort it, it's quite useful.
