+## Edit of Constitution
+- Deleted section C: Voting
+- Section B: Membership Qualifications
+  - Added payment to qualify to be a member of WRAVEN
+  - Added must sign code of conduct and other applicable agreements
+- Remove Section C: Selection of Members
+- Section C: Selection of Officers
+  - Elections to be held in April instead of September
+  - Nominations must be submitted one day in advance rather than one month
+  - Positions will be active immediately after conclusion of election
+  - All nominations must be seconded
+- Section D: Filling Vancancies
+  - Change wording from just duties to include position as well
+  - Added information about special election nominations to be held at next standard meeting time then following meeting will be the actual election
