Provide for "Detail" views

[Detail] is for zoom in some part of object. You are selecting region by circle (or different shape) after that you have zoomed additional view. Selected circle is marked by letter (next free) A, B, C etc.. and zoomed view is under described with: Detail A, B, C... and a scale of zoom. You can make a zoomed in display of a portion of a View using Clip group. Don't have a way of making the circle on the original View.

Maybe we need a way to add simple graphics to the page. TechDraw::Paint() - add a line, add a circle, ...
