Sketches should use old behavior while generating projection

Supposedly introduced with FreeCAD/FreeCAD@aa8feb7, TechDraw generates 3D projection of a sketch by using current camera angle but we can't select a face of a sketch since it has no face.

Proposal

A button (or a context option on the input) to reset the projection angle to [1.00 0.00 0.00] would suffice in the task window:

Hi. This repo is no longer active. All TechDraw activity is no in the main FreeCAD forum, bug tracker and development stream.

If no Face is selected, the starting direction is the camera direction. During sketch editing, this should be a normal to the sketch.
