Anomaly BundleTask: Switch To Use Essence Items

#486/#507 will add essence items. With this in place we can switch the BundleTask from wool to essences. Change this anomaly task to

• use the essence items from a bundle instead of wool
• use 1 quantity of three types of essences (instead of 16-32 wool, can readjust quantity needed later if we settle on a different essence weight in the loot tables)
• choose the essence types randomly
  • may eventually want to tie essence to something instead of being random, like essences more commonly found in the rift theme you are currently in, but random is fine for now
