Shop checkout page shows empty dialog when showing password recovery option.

Current approach with many sites is to create user interface through JavaScript. Not only is this tiresome and clunky it causes a lot of problems and lacks customization. Good approach will be to have backend API call which generates the UI and everything else that's needed along with it.
