Add ability to automatically remove user data from shop.

In some cases, where we can actually track shipments, it is useful for user to have ability for its data to be automatically removed once package has been delivered or marked as such.

This functionality should not be enabled while package is in transit in order to provide additional options for user. However user should be notified of data storage and our ability to remove them.
