After applying suggestion suggested word is recognised as mistake

1. Open CKEditor instance with Spell Checker, e.g. http://cdn.ckeditor.com/4.11.2/full-all/samples/
2. Clear editor contents and type ok34.
3. Press Spell Checker button, then Check Spelling.
4. Press Change to and then Finish checking to apply suggested word. Should be O.K.'d.
5. Repeat step 3.

Word applied from suggestion is not highlighted .

Word applied from suggestion is highlighted.

Hi @engineering-this thank you for your report and detailed steps. We have reproduced this issue and will fix this issue in next release (ETA end of April).
