Visualizers need updates and corrections. #45
Description
In particular there needs to be documentation added for the newly implemented paletted bitmaps that adds the lookup table argument and a small explanation of what index sizes can be used. The 3d visualization needs to have the full parameter list which includes colors, normals, u-v coordinates and texture file path. In addition, the example that was added to explain how to use indices is not making sure that the triangles are oriented in the same direction and shows differences between the indexed and non-indexed versions (non-indexed uses 3-2-4 and indexed uses 2-3-4 which reverses orientation). It probably would be a good idea to also update the image to reflect the new user interface with some explanation on its use.
