[Enhancement, ResourceStashWithdrawal] - Withdrawal from manufacturer buildings to other manufacturer buildings

Every manufacturer building has an Input and Output section.
Would be great if the Output (And maybe also the Input - Maybe as config switch?) would be treated as "Stash", so that I can withdraw from it.
