Specific requests for the Fennel blockchain

Description

Currently, Fennel does not support the look-up and retrieval of transaction by transaction hash. Furthermore, a number of RPCs are not available via web requests, such as query.system.events() and query.system.account(address), or via de websocket API, such as system_nodeRoles.
