[BUG] Dialogflow app not responding on hitting 'Default Fallback Intent'

Expected Behaviour:

On sending a random string should respond with a response set in Default Fallback Intent.

Actual Behaviour:

On sending a random string, nothing is responded back.

@PrajvalRaval You are sending the random string from composer, or from messageAction/messageBlocks? I can confirm, from composer, it is working for me.

Hi @shubhsherl, I used the composer to send the message. I even cloned a fresh copy with all the latest changes from Widechat Dialogflow repo and reinstalled the app on my server and I am still facing the issue. Specifically with the 'Default Fallback Intent'. All other intents are working fine.

As you can see in this screenshot, the 'Default Welcome Intent' responds back. Even the message 'Hi' using a separate intent responds back. However, on sending any random string (which hits Default Fallback Intent) does not respond.
