Feature Request: Add animation when a winner is selected

Summary

The winner reveal moment lacks visual excitement. Adding a confetti animation (or any other animation) would improve the celebratory feel.

Possible Solution

• Use a Flutter confetti package (e.g., confetti) to trigger a burst animation when a winner is revealed.
• Animation should be dismissible and not block the UI.

Acceptance Criteria

• Confetti animation plays when a winner is revealed.
• Animation completes within ~3 seconds and does not block interaction.
• Can be disabled from settings for accessibility reasons.
