bulk import: note about new individual functionality #603
Description
Context
bulk import is very powerful, and users need to be warned how their uploads can impact the catalog if information isn't entered correctly
User Story
As a researcher using the bulk import, I am notified about how bulk import creates individuals if the entered information doesn't match an existing individual.
Individual names are checked against the catalog. If no matches are found, a new individual will be created.
