Add Camera Side "Down" #84

Feature description and context
As we expand into new modes of camera capture, we want to make sure that we are providing clear instruction that matches up with real world experience. Many drones and satellites capture top-down imagery, so we want to present that as one of the camera sides available.
Feature sign-off requirements
- Three buttons instead of two on the Create Task modal: Left, Down, and Right. Default selection is "Right"
- Left orders images by reverse timestamp (most recent to least recent) during Division Line and during ordered tasks
- Down and Right order images by timestamp (oldest to most recent) during Division Line and during ordered tasks
Task overview page, under column Side, displays as Left, Down or Right based on selection during task creation
