Implement Git/Github integrations to Neovim

• Add GitHub-specific integration (editing issues is key here - Octo seems like a shoe-in)
• Inline git symbols (Gitsigns seems good)
• Look for better Lazygit integration (folke/snacks looks like it has something for this)
• Keybindings for the above
