This is something that needs to be made clearer in the documentation, but if you're using the Unfortunately you cannot open a program directly. You can subscribe to an event, which just triggers a script block and so at that point you can do anything. More on that here |

What is to be expected is the Toast Notification to appear (which it does), with a button to open NotePad (which is does), and then open NotePad++.

Nothing happens when clicking the button outside of the notification disappearing.
