It would be very useful if the examples in the help documentation not only showed how to use the cmdlet, but also how it fits into the broader category of creating a notification. For example, I can see this help example:

New-BTText -Content 'This is a line with text!'

I can even run it and create the object. But it isn't clear how I would use this object to generate a notification. Or maybe this should be part of the modules about topic, which is currently empty.
