Updating installed packages

Does Wineget only handle the initial installation of a package into wine or can you also use Wineget to update existing/installed packages?

If it can, consider this as a request to add it to the Readme.

If it can't, what do you think is possible in this regard given the scope of this project?

After looking through the main branch it seems, there is no such option currently supported.

I recently tried to make similar concept in pure bash and ended up with following design:

package/
|- info.txt
|- version.txt (used for version comparison)
|- README.txt  (notes in case needed)
|- install.sh
|- uninstall.sh
'- upgrade.sh

Please bear in mind, that my project was meant to be self contained and some commands were used elsewhere.
But the general idea was to have a script for each option. If it was not present, it was not executed and user got notified.
Also when printing info about package I also printed available operations.

I feel that something like this would also work for this project. Install could be mandatory, while uninstall, update, ... would be optional and specific to package.
