Sunset deprecated features from previous releases

NAuth is still in beta, hence with every (minor) release we normally have at least one breaking change. To simplify it for users we follow the process of:

1. v0.N.* Deprecate and implement replacement
2. v0.N+1.* Migrate
3. v0.N+2.* Sunset deprecated feature

• >v0.2.0: Consider removing support for finding secrets by deprecated secret name. Ref: feat(accounts): store and fetch account secrets with labels #44
• >v0.?.0: TBD feat: claims name #100 Remove deprecated UserStatus.UserClaims.AccountName.
