AT+STOPBLE and AT+STOPUWB do not work

AT+STOPUWB and AT+STOPBLE have no affect on the device. It continues to print received node data and never responds with OK.

Hmm, actually it seems it maybe just doesn't respond to any messages after starting.

OK, it appears that the following happens:

• STOPUWB causes it to stop responding to messages
• Calling STOPUWB or STOPBLE before it is started causes it to stop responding to messages
