There's a red dot in the output indicating there are errors.
Please show it.

Also opening the same project may cause issues so create a new one for the 2nd user. The files will be downloaded.

Also, I couldn't figure out exactly how to use it. I sent the project to my friend and connected, but it didn't work. Do files always need to be shared?

Those errors seem to be related to your project so we won't focus on that.

You use the plugin like this:

1. The host opens the project they want to share, installs and enables the plugin and runs the server
2. A client creates a new project or opens a existing project with the plugin installed
3. They join the host using their IP address
4. Project files are automatically sent to the client
5. Changes in the currently open scene (should) start syncing

Also note that for now you shouldn't use the plugin outside of testing because a lot of features don't work yet and it's buggy in general.

I just tried it with my phone and computer and it gave me a lot of errors and it didn't work.

Also scene creation isn't synced yet so it won't work if you don't have any existing scenes.
