VSIX : Make XSharp projects "compatible" with the performance profiler #1732

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the VS performance profiler, we cannot select an XSharp project as a Startup target.
We can choose an Xsharp application as a target, but then we can't use the memory profiling tool which is extremely useful !
But in the past I'm pretty sure I manage to use the memory profiling tool with Xsharp projects
