so basicly. server owners cannot eddit or delete documents or do anything of the like with them other than create.

The documents system needs its own documentation. The issue described is intensional, and is not a bug. In order to use the documents system, all users must follow the same steps, including the server owner:

1. Add fluent languages to their user profile in the options menu.
2. Become a transcriber in the documents system menu. Admins and the server owner can add themselves as transcribers.
3. To edit existing information for a language or add a new translation for a specific language, the user must have the assigned language in their transcriber role. For example, a user can not edit the contents of a Spanish translation if they do not have Spanish as an assigned language.

I didn’t finish the proper scoping for every feature, so the fact that you can create a document without being a transcriber is a bug. It isn’t too high on my priority list though however, but I will keep this issue open to remind me that it is there.
