[Feature]: Loot history show pending highest roller and roll details on hover

Problem / Motivation

Currently loot history only shows the final winner. During active rolls, showing the current highest roller (in grey) before resolution, then switching to the winner (class-colored) would give real-time feedback. Also, roll details (who rolled what) are only visible by clicking to expand - hovering an entry could show this as a tooltip.

Proposed Solution

• Show current highest roller in grey text during active rolls, switch to class-colored winner text on resolution
• Show individual roll results in a tooltip on entry hover (similar to Blizzard's Loot Rolls panel)
• Show item tooltip on icon hover (Blizzard's panel does this)
