Availability to obtain 10 million testnet XDC for testing

We used to have the availability to obtain 10 million XDC for testing purposes via apothem faucet and we no longer have access to that. Can we have that capability again? There have been various instances where people have asked for this. Currently, we can only get 1,000 XDC per hour, slowing down the process to test nodes deployment etc.

We would add this functionality request in the faucet dev's pipeline to get a 10Mil test XDC, I will share an update here once its live for devnet/testnet.

@AnilChinchawale I would like to open a bounty to have someone from the dev community add this feature to Apothem Faucet via PR that your team can evaluate and either merge or reject. It is important that we have external contributors, and this seems like a good first engagement. Would you be open to this approach?
