Portable loading issue (core-data?) - v1.4.1

I'm using portable version. Installed new v.1.4.1 from scratch in separate folder without 3rd party plugins.
After first run it's ok, in "Core" tab there is 2 records: "Observatory botanist" and "Observatory Explorer" without errors.
But after second run there is additional record "Core-Data" with status "Invalid file". Button "Open Core-Data data floder" leads to "plugins\ObservatoryCore-Data" folder wich doesn't exist, but there exists "plugins\Core-Data" folder with only "lua54.dll" in it.
Error log contains errors:

This is a portable-only issue and is benign -- you can ignore this for now. It will be addressed in the near future (probably after Christmas). It was discovered and discussed on Discord this morning.
