F001-P006 Missing or Instructions on how to create the web site

F001-P007 Talks about cloning a web site that I can not see any instructions in the earlier sections. I also noticed that there is no F001-P006, F001-P005 jumps to F001-P007.

To support this, further down in the documentation there is a backlog item

Does anyone have the step by step instructions for F001-P006 ?
