Rows overlap when viewing CSV files with CJK characters

When viewing a CSV file containing CJK (Japanese/Chinese/Korean) characters, rows at the bottom of the screen overlap onto rows above, making the display unreadable.

Thanks for reporting! I can reproduce this issue when the font size small enough.

This is likely a bug in ratatui 0.29 that is triggered when the rendering area is large: ratatui/ratatui#1449

I've bumped ratatui to 0.30 which should fix this issue.
