[WEB-428] Interactive element does not meet enhanced size

Interactive elements, like buttons or links, should be at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they can easily be clicked or tapped by all users.

Increase the size of the search, basket (currently 32px) and secondary buttons (125 x 32px)
