It looks like an error in xym. The rfcstrip does not produce same behavior.

Where can I find yc.o? What is it? I searched for automation generating the commits in the ietf-tools/yang but found nothing.

yc.o is shorthand for yangcatalog.org. It's backend is what handles extracting the modules and updating the git repo.
