Developer Bootstrap Script #162
Description
We have a few manual steps listed in the Getting Started and Contributing. In particular, two files need to be created frontend/lib/config.json and api/client_secrets.json and the venv needs to be manually sourced.
We want to be at a point in which a developer can dive into development without additional manual steps.
