Cannot place nor remove blocks

I installed the datapack in my Fabric server (1.21.10) and could craft the items, but when I tried to place them, there was no interaction with other blocks.
When I used the command to spawn them, I could not interact with said block and cannot remove it.
I tried the commands in the previous post to no avail.
I hope you can help me with this issue.
