Autocorrelations of subset of genes against all genes #38
Description
How can I modify hs.compute_local_correlations(hs_genes) to pair down the number of auto_correlations if I am only interested in computing them for a handful of genes against all genes? i.e. perform 10xN correlations instead of NxN correlations.
