compute_local_correlations not stop

We computed pairwise local correlations on 34,249 features using the following command:

lcz = hs.compute_local_correlations(hs_genes,jobs=1 )

However, calculating correlations for genes filtered by an FDR threshold of 0.05 took an unexpectedly long time.

What should I do?
