Keybind to set playback speed to preset value #1184

I often open video and depending on a speaker change volume to either 1.5x or 2x
Describe the solution you'd like
Define keybinds in extension settings and select x value, in my case it would be:
keybind_A: sets video playback speed to 1.5x
keybind_B: sets video playback speed to 2x
Describe alternatives you've considered
Change Playback buttons speed to 1.5 instead of 1.25. Although, I sometimes like be able to fine-tune playback speed.
Expanding on above if #599 is implemented maybe modifier like CTRL would allow you to use 1.25 while normal scroll would be 1.5 for fine-tuning.
Additional context
While I think #599 will still be a big improvement over current playback speed functionality, I remember how I would always undershoot or overshoot desired speed with Enhancer for YouTube™ button.
