OMR as virtual machine on ARM (macMini M4)

How is it possible to install OMR as virtual machine (e.g. via UTM) on ARM powered Apple devices like the macMini M4?
For OpenWRT there is an image for ARM processors, but there is no such an image for OMR!?

Hi, I would like to ask if ARM64 architecture is planned to be released?

I have tried the rickytrevor's VPS install without any success. I pay for Netcup ARM VPS which is budget friendly with 2.5 Gbps network connection which is suitable for MPTCP purposes. But I was not capable enough to make MPTCP work.
