Public Ip

I currently have two connections incoming to OpenMTCProuter, and outgoing to an internal IP address, 192.168.100.1.
Since I then log into a Ubiquiti DreamPro to manage the entire company network, is it possible to have a public address outgoing from OpenMTCProuter? So I can configure the VPN on the DreamPro.

Perhaps I didn't explain myself clearly.
For example, I'm currently connecting with IP 192.168.100.197, but I should be connecting with my public IP 80.145.200.xx.
I couldn't find the configuration I need in the guide. Could you give me more details on how to do this?
