Spam filtering may be too strict

Can't get email from laposte.net since their SMTP is blacklisted on SpamCop :
http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=193.253.67.229

I feel this is too strict. The same mails do not get bounced by GMail & co.
I read this on their site :
http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/331.html
They advise skip_rbl_checks 1

I'd prefer these mails flagged as spams than bounced.
Please let me read mommy's mails !

Any idea ?

Can't test anymore, they got out of the blacklist.
