install bash-completion by default

the bash-completion package is not installed on a default yunohost install
while the moulinette provides support for it

hum... seems like moulinette does not install bash_completion stuff anymore...
did it got lost during migration to new architecture (moulinette + moulinette-yunohost) ?

Yes it has been removed since the moulinette refactoring. After this issue is closed, we will just have to use it for our cli tool yunohost.
