Clean up outdated articles
清理过时的故障文章

Cleanup procedures

1. Mark all outdated articles as "Outdated".
2. All members ensure all outdated articles are correctly marked.
3. After 15 days of evaluation, articles that marked as outdated will be deleted.

2. 所有成员确保所有过时的文章都已被正确标记。
3. 经过15天的评估后，标记为过时的文章将被删除。

Risk & Assumptions

Deleted articles will be preserved through git commit history, no actual data loss should be worried.
