Can Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC be controlled via Bluetooth (fallback when Wi-Fi is unavailable)?

Hi team,

I have a quick question regarding Bluetooth support for the SolarFlow 2400 AC.

On the wiki Bluetooth is mentioned, and Bluetooth control worked for me with the Hyper 2000. I tested the 2400 AC myself by blocking Wi-Fi, which seems to enable Bluetooth on the device.

My question is simply:
Is it possible (now or in the future) to control the SolarFlow 2400 AC via Bluetooth?

If it’s not supported, I’d like to know whether this is a technical limitation of the device or just not implemented yet in the integration.

Bluetooth is no Part for Control. It is only used for Switch from Cloud to lokal mqtt Connection (or back).

It's only used for that, but when the Hyper 2000 is not connected to the internet, it looks as if the official App controls the Hyper via Bluetooth. No idea if that applies to the SF2400, however.

Not really. its a "simple mode" but no full controll of all modes or else. It only give u the possibiltiy to reset connection or check what happens. the only real way to be able to get a functional device without internet (WAN) is to go for a local connection in your local Network. A bluetooth connection is not really excisting so far, when I'm not wrong?

Yes, the App can control the devices using Bluetooth. As I know, there are not all entities available with Bluetooth.
As of now, this integration can't control the devices via Bluetooth, beside changing the mqtt connection.
In general I assume, that it's possible to implement it, if we know the commands and entities for Bluetooth.

Looks quite similar to the mqtt messages, however I'm not sure how much we actually gain by implementing the BT protocol.

Today I did some test with the bluetooth connection, and it it is possible to get the data from the device. Like @Geert2991 mentioned the problem with the "SF-XXXX" devices is that they do not advertise via bluetooth, once they are connected to the network. If you disconnect them by pressing the IOT button, bluetooth becomes available again.
Probably it is possible to implement this feature, I will keep it in mind when I start working on the device discovery via bluetooth and mDNS. But no promises 😄
