Fix clan war updates

Right now clan wars advance every time the daily job runs, meaning if the server restarts or an update is deployed, clan wars can run multiple times a day instead of the intended once per day.
Might need to store the last fight date if it's not already, and take that into consideration before starting a new fight when the daily job runs
