As a(n) Project Manager I want automated management of blocked issues so that I can accurately track and resolve project dependencies without manual intervention.

Executive Summary

We need to implement intelligent management of blocked issues in Projects V2 by automatically maintaining the relationship between blocking issues and project status. The system should dynamically update the "Blocked by Issue(s)" field and corresponding status based on the state of blocking issues, ensuring that project dependencies are accurately reflected and managed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Automatically clean up "Blocked by Issue(s)" field by removing references to closed issues
• Set status to "Blocked" when valid blocking issues exist in the "Blocked by Issue(s)" field
• When no blocking issues remain and status is "Blocked", revert to previous status
• If no previous status exists (went directly to Blocked), default to "To-Do" status
• Implement status history tracking to enable proper status restoration
