Timezones are hard

Timezones are hard and tend to change. E.g. some creators have CET (GMT+1), but at this time of the year it's actually CEST (GMT+2).

Perhaps we should put timezones as places (e.g. US/New York) and feed that to a library that - given the place and current date - would translate it to the current timezone?
