I'm actually facing the same problem nowadays. Could it be because the bg files are too large?
My files are about 3-4G, I tried using only one of them as argument, but it didn't work either.

Hi, that usually happens when you run out of space for I/O. Maybe you should check your disk?

I am having the same problem ('Segmentation fault (core dumped)'). I made sure I have enough space on the disk and have all the permissions on the input and output folders/files.

I have enough space and read/write access to I/O files. Could you please help with this issue? Thank you.

I'm not the author of this one so not quite clear about what's going on in detail. But I've forwarded this to the lab members.

It might be run out of disk or MEM, maybe this is an example
